The townhouse has all the character you could want with a lot of historic elements preserved. We felt right at home and had a comfortable stay, we spent most of our time out in St. Louis’s different neighborhoods and the location was perfect for that. The neighborhood was walkable but quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and having two floors was nice for a little extra space. Terry was easy to get in touch with and a proactive communicator. The neighborhood recs were a nice touch as well. Would recommend!

I loved staying at this place! I relocated from Atlanta in February and stayed here for 3 months until my new place was ready. I love the building and front staff. It’s very safe, people are nice, and the gym and rooftop are great amenities! Shannon was very warm and personable. Tucker, co-host, was also very kind, hospitable, and super responsive to the few inquiries I had. It was a great home away from home for the time I stayed!

it was great for what I needed in my cross country drive with my dog. it was easy to find with the directions and instructions to get in the house. Found a little brewery and pizza place for dinner, and coffee shop for breakfast withing walking distance before getting back on the road.

The location is located in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Some noise from the neighbors in the same building but not frequent and to be expected in a shared building. The rooms were decorated simply and nicely and we were able to relax and sleep well in the comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed with dishes and cookware and the little extras that Zoey placed out (coffee pods for the Keurig! snacks in the kitchen!) were a really nice touch and made us feel at home. For the cost, this was a perfect set up for us!

It's great spot and quiet even though it's main drag. Great jumping off point for the city. Jason is quite flexible and responsive host. Had to adjust our travel plans because of the weather forecast and he's able to accommodate us.

Lisa was great! I needed a calm, peaceful and clean place for 2 weeks to recover from a surgery and her house was perfect. She was flexible with my arrival and departing time as I got updates from my surgeon and always worked it out with me, even last minute. There's a nice little park and neighborhood around and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This place was great and suited our needs well. It was fairly quiet (just a neighbor dog that barked sometimes but it wasn't terribly loud). The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. The couch was smaller than the one in the photo (seating for 3) but everything else was as expected.

Such a great stay. Location is perfect - a quick walk to Main St and a beautiful trail. Close to the highway as well. 20 min drive to downtown St. Louis, 10 min drive to the airport. Fairly quiet street. House is very well kept. Bed was comfy and shower is amazing. Kitchen was great. I had to use the AC and the heat and both worked great. Was able to do a load of laundry which was helpful. Kathy was super responsive and extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay again!

The house was as advertised and worked well for our family. A couple things to note- we were told that check-in time was at 4pm, we arrived at 5:45pm and there was a man in the driveway who was just sort of milling around, he said he had been cleaning the gutters and knew the host by name. I thought it was odd that he would be there when the host knew we were supposed to check in at 4pm, it almost felt as if he was waiting for us to get there. Additionally, later that evening we found out that there was a window in the basement that had been left open. That made me very uneasy since I was traveling with my children. The house was mostly well cleaned but it looked as if the stove had been used and not wiped down. The stair handles were dingy. I wish the host would have left any sort of all purpose cleaner, but I usually try to travel with clorox wipes. Overall it was fine and worked well for us to travel back and forth to the city from.

This place was very nice and cute! Great location and so close to a ton of activities. Parking was also surprisingly easily available and not completely packed like a lot of streets in the area.

Awesome little airbnb perfect for 2 people and their pets! Everything was clean and comfortable - it was easy to find and easy to get in. Parking was easy with a spot usually available right in front of the unit. Quiet neighborhood - even on mardi gras weekend! Would recommend!

Great spot in a peaceful neighborhood. People were out walking with dogs and strollers, so never felt unsafe.

Planning a trip to St. Louis? Stay here—you won’t regret it. This stylish home is in a lovely, upscale neighborhood just blocks from Washington University Medical Center and a short walk to Forest Park. It’s also right around the corner from the stunning St. Louis Cathedral. (We’re not religious, but the architecture is truly amazing.) We stayed for five days and quickly wished we had booked five more. Jennifer’s place is beautifully decorated, upscale, and incredibly comfortable—especially the bed, which felt like it had weighted blankets. Our sleep was incredibly restful.

perfect location you can walk all up and down the strip. we rented this place so we could be close for a concert. didn't disappoint. plus the comfort of knowing your vehicle was safe put this place over the top.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at Libby's place. Had an issue with the neighbors staying in the space above ours, but that was handled quickly. Great location very close to Forest Park. Easy drive to downtown St. Louis. We took the MetroLink and felt very safe and comfortable. We actually preferred not driving, so that was a very enjoyable day. What we loved about this place was the quiet neighborhood: no obnoxious road noise, especially at night. If you enjoy a place with some old charm then consider staying here.

Lovely townhouse in the middle of everything St. Louis has to offer. Tony the host was super helpful and kind. The townhouse looked just like its pictures and perhaps even better in person. The kitchen is huge and had all that we needed and then some. Everything was so fresh and clean. Every detail is covered. There was even a few snack items and chocolates to welcome us. Nice touch! So comfy! Great neighborhood! Big winner!
