Recently renovated cottage dating back to 1835 surrounded by woodland on the edge of a nature reserve, with plenty of outdoor space. Rivers, beaches, stately homes and much more a short drive away. Enjoy a morning coffee watching the woodpecker on the feeder, deer enjoying apples or pheasants coming to check out the left overs, if its wildlife you like you don’t even need to leave the house. 20 min drive away is a jetty for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding or swimming. Situated in the beautiful Norfolk village of Shouldham, Park Lane provides the perfect blend of location, style and comfort. Here you are well positioned to explore the stunning North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest, Norwich and King’s Lynn. Alternatively take a 10-minute stroll to Shouldham Warren, which offers stunning views across the fens. After, visit the King’s Arms pub. Real ales are served straight from the cask; good-value food using fresh local produce, all within a 5-minute stumble.

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Stable Cottage - rural retreat for 2 in Norfolk

Recently renovated, Stable Cottage is located in the small village of Middleton, West Norfolk. A 20 min drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate and many other attractions. Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Shared courtyard garden and private parking.

Delightful secluded shepherds hut.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Hand built on the farm this hut is situated in a beautiful and peaceful spot. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.

The Lodge at the Old Pump House

Relax and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway in the grounds of the historic Old Pump House, next to the River Great Ouse in rural Norfolk. The Lodge is situated 10 minutes from the market town of Downham Market, twenty minutes from Kings Lynn and the beautiful town of Ely or an hour from the North Norfolk coast and Cambridge. This is an ideal spot from which to explore East Anglia or simply to enjoy the peace and quiet whilst relaxing in the hot tub.

Cottage in quiet village suitable for working away

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
