The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

Comfortable, private annexe with separate entrance in the centre of peaceful Georgeham. Lobby area for DIY breakfast which we provide, En -suite shower room. Lovely sunny outside patio area where you can enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine . Just a few minutes walk to pubs The Kings Arms and The Rock Inn , both serving excellent food. The magnificent Putsborough beach is just 5 minutes by car, Croyde is 2 miles away, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are all nearby as is The Southwest Coast Path.

Set into the hills above Barnstaple, you'll enjoy far-reaching views of Exmoor, Dartmoor, the Taw estuary and all the way down to Hartland Point over the bay. The beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe, Lee, Combe Martin and Westward Ho! are all within a thirty minute drive. The magic of Exmoor National Park will also be right on your doorstep, with it's villages untouched by time, ancient woodlands, and miles of crowd free walking.

It's a perfect coastal bolthole for a romantic getaway or as a base to explore the cliffs, coves and castles of North Cornwall and 5 mins from the South West Coast path.

The accommodation is a self contained studio apartment situated above the double garage in our garden and accessed by a flight of wooden stairs. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. A breakfast hamper is provided Instant booking is available if the booking is made 3 days or more before arrival. A reservation request will be sent to us if your booking is less than 3 days before arrival. Sometimes we are unable to facilitate these short notice requests.

Brookside is a purposely developed self-contained studio, part of a period thatched cottage located in the centre of the village of Georgeham. The village has two great pubs and Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches are very close. The accommodation provides modern conveniences in a tranquil setting and is provisioned (by us) for you to enjoy a substantial continental breakfast - giving the flexibility to choose your own timings, ensuring a relaxing start to the day.

The River Barn is a stylish open planned annex set in a peaceful location of Braunton. The annex is located right next to our home and provides a unique private space offering bed and DIY breakfast facilities for staying guests. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).

Welcome to The Orchard Hut at Way Farm. Nestled away in the middle of our historic orchard, our hut offers luxurious accommodation with stunning countryside views on the edge of Exmoor. Watch our pedigree cattle grazing in the luscious fields beyond, unwind in the wood fired hot tub under the stars with a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz or curl up on the cosy bed with a book. My annexe is completely private, your own sitting-room, bedroom and shower . Great for walkers, swimmers, surfers, kite-surfing, golfing [Royal North Devon Golf Club], Tarka trail for bikers, kayaking. I WILL LEAVE milk, bread, butter, jam, cereal, fruit, fruit juice in the small fridge; i supply plates etc and these can be left in entrance to be washed daily Only a microwave - no other cooking facilities.
