Ruhige geräumige Wohnung, alles war da was man braucht wir ein Paar mit großen Hund haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt , der Bach nebenan war super zum spazieren und guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Parkplatz mit elektrischen Tor. Bett war sehr bequem mit riesiger Zudecke. Spülmittel , Schwamm sowie Salz und genügend Mülltonnen waren auch vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Haus, Der Urlaub war einer der besten den wir hatten. Als Familie perfekt. Sehr ruhige Lage, trotz laufender Bauarbeiten Nebenan Keine störende geräusche. Luca war jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank Luca! Immer wieder gerne.

The place is as described. It is a wonderful location near the bus stops to Verona and Sirmonie as well as the harbour for the ferries . The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed and we were welcomed by Giuseppe who also responds quick to messages / questions we had and was very helpful in pointing us to the local bakery and convenient store . The apartment has loads of shops , restaurants, coffee bars and gelato bars in the area and we were spoilt for choice . The location is absolute key and it was so convenient as we did not have to drive but use the facilities available in the area . Would absolutely recommend this apartment it is well equipped and spacious and we will definitely recommend and hopefully be back again

As soon we booked the apartment we found a great welcoming, a clear instructions, easy and friendly staff. We stayed two nights and we feels like we are in home the apartment was clean and furniture was in good condition, the kitchen was prepared well and the best part i enjoyed with was the large terrace with super view show Garda lake with the mountains and nice jacuzzi up there. Highly recommended for family and its enough for 5-6 people. Miss Olympia was very kind and so helpful that she shared with us list to around the area and nice local restaurant. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit einem tollen Blick auf den See. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Francesca war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Erikas Apartment ist einfach eine Wohlfühl- Oase. Wir waren 10 Nächte hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ist wirklich bis aufs letzte Detail ausgestattet und die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Gardasee und tolle Restaurants und Bars sind in 20 Metern erreichbar. Super ist der private und separate Garten- Bereich. Man hat das Gefühl, man hätte ein eigenes kleines Häuschen in Italien. Erika und ihre Mama haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles super erklärt. Wir können diese Wohnung und die Lage empfehlen. Wir sind 2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder (4,10,15) und ein Hund. Danke Erika

Mara went out of her way to ensure that I had a lovely stay. Mara is by far the most generous airbnb host I’ve met in many years of travel. I was traveling with my baby and had trouble getting around the area without a car and without speaking Italian. Although the bus comes, it’s not the most reliable or baby friendly. I was afraid to reach out for help, but I was so glad I did. Mara was extremely kind and helped book a cab for me the day I needed to leave. The apartment is lovely, the pool is amazing, and the area has everything you need. You will need to catch a bus or bike to see the touristic bits of Sirmione. It’s about a 60 min walk to Scaligero Castle. All that being said, this is the perfect place if you just want to spend some time away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view from the pool.

Tout s’est bien passé. Le logement est fidèle aux photos. Marco répond très rapidement et est très flexible. Le petit plus, quelques jouets pour enfants sur place.

Ottimo soggiorno, molto gentili e disponibili, appartamento molto pulito, disponibilità di parcheggio coperto, colonnine per ricarica dell’auto elettrica. Da ritornare!

Non possiamo che fare una recensione super positiva nei confronti di Davide, persona disponibile e gentilissima, lo consigliamo assolutamente, siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo intenzione di tornare a trovarlo presto. Consigliato

Vi hadde et fantastisk fint opphold i leiligheten. Vi er en familie på fem, med tre gutter i alderen 12-20 år. Fin leilighet med god plass. Vi likte spesielt det store og flotte private uteområdet, med flere sittegrupper, både i sol og skygge. Stort, rent og flott basseng, hvor vi var ofte var for oss selv. Utrolig vakkert og fredelig område, med kort avstand til mange vakre byer og tettsteder. Vi besøkte blant annet Lazise, Sirmione, Verona og Bardolino. Kan anbefale en tur til alle disse stedene. Leiligheten har tilgang til privat vei ned til stranden. På stranden er det litt steinete i vannet (ferskvann), og litt grumsete vann. Fin strand, men vi likte oss best ved bassenget. Vaskemaskin, grill og fullt utstyrt kjøkken for å lage mat selv, samtidig som det kryr av flotte restauranter i de mange tettstedene i nærområdet. Parker som Gardaland, Movieland ligger kun få minutters kjøring unna. Anbefaler sterkt å ha bil. Svært vennlig, punktlig og hjelpsom vert.

Wir waren als Familie im Oktober hier.Die Wohnung liegt inmitten eines Olivenhains-was im Sommer bestimmt toll ist, wir hatten leider absolutes Pech mit dem Wetter sodaß es eher dunkel war.Der Pool den wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht nutzen konnten war trotzdem sehr gepflegt und wir konnten an einem Tag dort ein wenig Sonne genießen.Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet-es gab sehr viele Handtücher und alles war sehr sauber.Die Lage ist ruhig-für uns dann etwas zu ruhig da die Saison bereits zu Ende war und es nur wenige Restaurants in der Nähe gab die noch geöffnet hatten. Im Sommer ist es dort sicher etwas belebter.

Wir waren 10 Tage bei Claudia zu Gast und es war toll. Die Wohnung liegt super erreichbar und total zentral zwischen Garda und Bardolino. In beide Orte ist es ein kurzer romantischer Spaziergang an der Uferpromemade des Gardasees. Sehr zu empfehlen. Fürs Auto gibt es private Parkplätze, sogar mit Tor gesichert. Claudia hat uns persönlich empfangen und war super flexibel und freundlich bzgl. des Check in. Wir standen leider 2 Stunden im Stau, aber für Claudia kein Problem. Wirklich tolle und super liebe Person. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist alles da was man braucht für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Gardasee und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung

Wir waren im April dort war wunderschön und nicht so touristisch :)

Die Wohnung hat das gehalten, was uns über das Inserat versprochen wurde, sie ist einfach fantastisch. Es fehlt an nichts, sogar eine Sportmatte ist vorhanden. Man merkt, dass sehr viel Herzblut in dieser Wohnung steckt. Wenn das Wetter nicht so toll ist, kann man den Tag in der Wohnung genießen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, so dass man Limone fußläufig erkunden kann. Jörg hat persönlich vorbeigeschaut und uns begrüßt. Er hat eine sehr angenehme und offene Art, so dass er uns sofort sympathisch war. Auch die Kommunikation mit Cincia hat super funktioniert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Anlage in einer sehr schönen Lage. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war auch einwandfrei. Bei Fragen hat sie innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet. Im ganzen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

siamo stati un weekend alla casa di Fabio e Laura, la casa era stupenda, pulita e munita di tutto e ancora di piú, si trova in una posizione tranquilla e ad un passo dal lago di Ledro, è stata un esperienza bellissima, da rifare sicuramente, grazie Fabio e Laura..

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Terrasse mit dem Blick auf den Gardasee war einfach ein Traum. Die Einrichtung und Größe der Wohnung waren perfekt, wir haben es sehr genossen.

We stayed in the apartment for three days and it was great experience. The apartment is clean and there is everything you need for a stay even longer than we did (kitchen appliances, iron, washing machine, TV, etc.). The host is really friendly and available any time if you have any questions, thanks a lot for that!:) I would like to recommend the location as well. The building is located across the road from lake Garda. It takes 15 mins to get to train station, 10 mins to bus station and supermarket. The beach, vessel station and the city center are a 5 mins walk away. So it could be a perfect option if you are going to travel around Garda and just for your stay in Desenzano as well.
