Il vostro soggiorno è la nostra priorità, sia che la vostra sia una meritata vacanza in Ogliastra, una nuova base per lavorare da remoto o una breve sosta alla scoperta dell’isola. Il nostro appartamento è nel pieno cuore del centro, tra i palazzi più antichi di Tortolì, sulla via principale. Siamo felici di aiutarvi nell’organizzazione del viaggio (gite, consigli da local, ristoranti etc). Il viaggio è un’esperienza autentica, e la vostra è appena iniziata!

Accogliente casa in villa, sul mare

E' la nostra amata "casadeinonni", spaziosa, accogliente e in posizione unica, proprio sul mare. È il luogo perfetto per vivere una vacanza rilassante con tutta la famiglia, immersi nella natura e con tutto lo spazio che serve per stare insieme. Al confine con la spiaggia con balcone vista mare, ampio terrazzo per mangiare all'aperto e grande giardino con area giochi per bambini. Ampio soggiorno, cucina attrezzata, 5 camere grandi, 3 bagni (+ 1 bagnetto) per max 14 persone. (gov it/P2734)

Orizzonte Blu trilocale vista mare

Nuovissima casa moderna, curata in ogni dettaglio e con materiali pregiati. Due camere matrimoniali, ciascuna con bagno, bellissimo soggiorno/zona pranzo e cucina, inserita in una struttura immobiliare sita in zona residenziale riservata, raggiungibile da strada privata a vicolo cieco e poco trafficata. A soli 700 metri dal centro e a 3,5 km dalla spiaggia. Dotata di parcheggio e cortile. Punto forte della casa è l'ampia, incantevole e riservata veranda frontale con vista mare.

Un rifugio nel cuore del Supramonte

Il rifugio Lampathu si trova a 8,9 km dal centro abitato di Urzulei. La costruzione in pietra è perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante, riprendendone i colori e le luci. Qui, gli escursionisti troveranno riparo dal maestrale nella stagione fredda e refrigerio nei pomeriggi estivi: le pareti in pietra garantiscono un isolamento termico senza paragoni. Nelle fredde giornale invernali, un grande camino li accoglierà per una pausa, per restituire vigore ed energia.

Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.
