Loft open space located on the first floor of a traditional farm fifties with a total of two beds (plus sofa bed). Furnished in a functional and country chic, light colors and restful, chosen by the interior designer Giorgia Kirchner. There is a double bed, living area and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is fully equipped, bathtube is in a dedicate space. From the covered terrace you can enjoy the summer sunset. There is access to a large shared garden with barbecue, hammock and table for outdoor dining. Guests can use the organic vegetable garden. Ideal in any season to live and enjoy the country life, away from any disturbance citizen. Fulcrum of the company is the breeding of thoroughbred horses with mares and foals, rare breeds cattle Pontremoli and agricultural production organic standard. You can enjoy guided tours of the farm, walking along the banks of the river Ombrone and in the woods to discover an untouched landscape, cultivated fields, abandoned farms, and many species of wild animals and birds. Nearby excellent restaurants and taverns with local cuisine and magnificent wines. A few steps away are the thermal baths of Rapolano (with whom we have an agreement), and cities such as Siena, Arezzo, Florence with their beautiful surroundings. not to mention the smaller gems like Lucignano, Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, San Gimignano, Trequanda, Montisi, Chiusure etc .. The price of any heating gas lpg (but there is a wood stove running) is NOT included in the price!

Small, cosy apartment with independent access, consisting of charming bedroom with a beautiful view, equipped with ample closet space, a comfortable canopy bed and private bathroom and pretty living room / breakfast area, with sofa-bed. A delicious breakfast is included in the price and from April through October guests also have the option of dining on-site in our traditional farm restaurant. If dates are not available the property includes other rooms in charming cottage also on Airbnb.
