Wander out the front gate and straight onto Surf Coast Walk, where magnificent coastal views can be enjoyed immediately. A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Fee and Marks place is a peaceful spot in a quiet Jan Juc street, 15 mins walk to Jan Juc shops & beach, close to bus stop and 40 mins walk to Torquay or Bells beach. We live upstairs & don’t allow pets as we encourage wildlife into our garden; a blend of indigenous & food producing plants, stone walls & sculptures. Complete self-contained, lower level of our home with its own entrance and private back yard. This is a ground level unit, with 2 Queen beds. All occupants - are considered paying guests. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.
