This unit is close to Sand Hollow State Park, 35 minute drive to Zion National Park and near many hiking, biking, and off-roading trails. Park and ride to trails from here as there is parking for trailers. Enjoy a relaxing outdoor living space with a jacuzzi, firepit, barbeque and lounge chairs.

More than just a private room. You also get inside info from a professional guide from Zion!! You can get updated info on the Park and secret places without all the crowds. A private room with double french doors onto a balcony that overlooks the Virgin river from the hot tub! 20 mins from Zion and close to St George area. Great for solo, friends or couples. Bed is comfy and has an en-suite private bath. Hot tub is shared with other guests and shares a wall with the host living space.

Renovated in 2024! we listened to the feedback and put in a kitchen! 4 burner stove, full size dishwasher, coffee maker and supplies for your basic cooking needs. This almost 1300 sq ft walkout basement living area with two separate bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed both with amazing views. Perfect for family and groups of 8 or less. Sofa bed that is actually comfortable (or so we have been told) and extra air mattresses for large groups!
