The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.

The Villa Costalotta (we are being facetious) is a standalone building separated from our cabin by a paved alleyway. We live out in the country, just 3 miles from Eagle, with no near neighbors so mostly what you hear is the creek behind the building and the nearest neighbor’s rooster crowing. We have installed Starlink for internet service with over 100Mbps download speed.

Bruce’s tiny house is everything you need and nothing you don’t for a unique stay in this custom built tiny house. Your stay will include 2 retro cruiser bikes along with HBO, Apple TV+ and Prime video!

Creekside Cabin at Four Mile Creek Guest Cabins

The Creekside cabin is a charming and cozy, log cabin with a full kitchen and bath. It has a queen size bed and a full size bed (all in the same sleeping area). Enjoy sleeping to the sound of Four Mile Creek right outside the windows. Beginning January 1, 2025 we will not be serving breakfast but we will be providing Coffee, Teas and creamer in the cabins.
