Lake Elmdale NWA close to everything, private dock

Close to everything in Northwest Arkansas, right off I-49 for great access, yet very secluded in a quiet neighborhood with a private dock on Lake Elmdale. 3 bedrooms and 1 pull out couch. Pet friendly! Fenced in backyard. Dock access is steep. This is not a swimming lake. Lake level can fluctuate and be stained after rains.
