This forested designer sanctuary features 3,500 sqft - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 10 secluded acres. Dive into the mystical waters of a natural swimming pool, sleep in regal king beds with the finest linens. Relax in three spacious living rooms. The kitchen, fit for a culinary wizard, awaits your gourmet creations. This land has healing properties - ground out, reconnect, recharge.

Kathy's Kottage (near Legends)hot tub-fire pit

First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Explore the surrounding woods, relax on the spacious deck and take in the stars, and plan adventures in nearby Lawrence and at Perry Lake Inside the home, curl up in a peaceful corner to enjoy a book, challenge family and friends to various games in the rec room, and enjoy meals from the modern kitchen with all the amenities.

Lynnmark Hideaway

Our settlement was built in 1920. We have a cute apartment above our general store. (one flight of stairs) We offer sweet smells of cinnamon rolls each morning with coffee and pastries right downstairs. We are located right in the middle of town. Basehor is 10 minutes west of Kansas Speedway, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Hollywood casino and Legends shopping area. Lynnmark Mercantile is a 4 minute drive to Holy Field Winery, and 33 minute drive to Historical Lawrence, Kansas
