I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

Spent 6 nights. Made nearly all our meals there since fresh produce and other groceries are minutes away. Place 'feels' larger than it is; very comfy. Khallel is such good communicator! Great lil home away from home.

The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

My girl friend and I had a wonderful stay. Kim was very responsive and provided clear instructions. The unit was as shown in the images, a lovely view, spaciousness, clean with the basic necessities and most of all it was very homey. Everything Perfect💯💯💯

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

Patrick's a great host, he responded quickly to my queries. My family loved the place, just as how it was listed, everything's there! Easy self check in, spacious and aesthetic place, AC's working well. We also cooked in the place and all the utensils are complete. Plus points for the karaoke and ps3 haha. We also enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool. He also let us check in early! Overall, we had a wonderful stay, one of the best places I stayed in a while. Thank you po again, sir Patrick! :)

William’s unit was ideal for my stay—clean, well-organized, and perfectly sized. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to meet me, give me a tour, and remain highly responsive throughout my visit. The free parking is a fantastic bonus, as it’s not common with other rentals. I highly recommend this place!

Host is very friendly and approachable. She replies quickly to my questions even before I booked it. The place is very clean and nice, almost anything that you'll need in the kitchen is there, and an honesty store in case you forgot to buy something outside. The unit is a few minutes away from Timog ave which is great because that area have a bunch of bars and restaurants. The hot and cold shower is easy to operate and you can set the temperature. The air-conditioning unit works perfectly without any issue and lastly. The television is huge and in front of the bed so you just literally "Netflix and chill" there. The WIFI is good and and stable. Overall enjoyed our stay.

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas.
