This place is perfect for a big family with kids. The place was big enough for the kids to run around and the rooms were comfy. Air conditioning was great as well which was important for Chiangmai’s hot weather. A huge shout out to Oar for helping us with multiple requests for massage. She was always responsive and the welcome dinner was great as well. Our family of 10 all enjoyed the stay there!

Logement vraiment magnifique! Les plafonds sont immense il y’a un étant avec des nenuphare tout autour de la maison, c’est encore plus beau que sur les photos!! 3 grandes chambres avec 3 grand lit double! toute la villa était pour nous! La dame qui s’occupe de nettoyer la villa était très sympathique 😌 Un peu loin de la ville aucun grabe disponible, mais très reposant. La villa aurait besoin d’un petit coup de neuf sur certaine installation mais ce n’était pas dérangeant je recommande cet endroit et j’y retournerai sans hésiter pour repasser une semaine 🥰

Unser Aufenthalt in Chiang Mai war durch die tolle Unterkunft von Prapai ein absolutes Highlight. Wir wurden super freundlich von ihr empfangen, sie hatte sogar 3 frische Kokosnüsse für uns bestellt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Die Outdoor Küche war unser abendlicher Treffpunkt und wir haben es sehr genossen draußen am Teich zu essen. Die Pool-Area war super super schön und sah aus wie gemalt. Mit Grab konnte man super leicht und ohne lange Wartezeit ein Auto in die Stadt (z.B. zu den Nightmarkets) bestellen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man neben Stadt auch Ruhe erleben möchte. Hervorzuheben ist absolut die Gastfreundschaft von Prapai. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! Alles in allem: einfach klasse und sehr zu empfehlen!

We cannot say enough about how generous and kind Wat & Boom are. They did so much for us, including bringing us eggs, farm produce, and breakfast treats, spending hours teaching our teenagers to harvest and prepare sugarcane juice and fresh coconut, showing us around their farm, and taking one of us to the hospital after a (self-inflicted) injury. The farm is beautiful and peaceful - we enjoyed this haven in nature as a travel break. We rode the provided bikes to the temple, village shops & restaurants, a cute coffee shop and around the area. We can also highly recommend the "Banthi Tour" with Mr P. (search on Tripadvisior) for a full day village experience about 15 minutes away. Staying at the farm feels a bit like glamping, with the downstairs patio, kitchen and 2 bathrooms open to the outside, and a comfortable bedroom upstairs with fans and good mosquito protection. Wat & Boom, we would like to thank you for a magical experience!

A house with beautiful Thai Lanna character and yet with modern amenities! A comfortable and quiet setting with nice places to relax. A recommended place to stay!

Stefan and his family are very warm and welcoming hosts happy to recommend them to anyone. Everything was as described.The facilities are great for solo traveler or small group/family staying for a few weeks or longer. Rooms well equiped. Pool and lounge area were nice to chill at the end of the day. Location is not great though for shops etc however you can download the app grab(similar to Uber) for quick groceries and tasty food.

It was a very wonderful stay, a comfortable house, a very responsive and friendly host, and a very quiet neighborhood. Of course, I hope to repeat the experience if I have the opportunity

The house of Jim and Marcel can be described in 1 word: an oasis! It has a soft atmosphere, a nice garden, Coco the sweet dog...turtles, and a beautiful grandmother. Marcel is busy making some renovations so I am sure you will have even more comfort then what we had! Jim makes a delicious breakfast and on request she can cook lunch or dinner and even teach you how. Both Jim and Marcel are open for questions and love sharing things and knowledge about Thailand, the area, and life. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the nights are fresh, quiet and with no mosquitos (perfect time December). Upon our arrival I had asked to get a massage for the whole family...what a treat after such a long trip! It is a bit more expensive but definitely worth doing. You are in fact a bit out of Chang Mai but with a taxi or with Marcel you can be brought to the city. ...and after a day in town with the pollution, traffic, and heat you will just love to come back to the oasis and to the kindness of Jim and Marcel!
