There is is no real public transportation, except for a bus that runs to Ithaca at 8am and 5pm on weekdays. To catch it, walk the half mile to the highway and flag it down. Welcome to the country.

It sits on 17 acres of land and it is located 5 miles outside of Ithaca. It's a cozy and nurturing space that gives you a sense of calm, and peacefulness. You can book onsite somatic, self-relationship coaching sessions, walk paths through our fields, go on many hiking trails, and visit waterfalls and wineries.
