Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

It's a tiny Victorian town called K-Ville. It's silly, fun and off the grid! A unique country experience. Enjoy your own private tiny "Home" in a playful and artsy Village built totally by Kate. There's lots to see and do in K-Ville.

Relax, take a deep breath! life can be hard, but relaxing here isn't. listen to the birds, melt your worries in the steam shower. Smoke your dinner on a wood pellet/ propane combo grill on a large covered deck while you fortify your body in a state of the art fitness area featuring a Vitruvian Trainer! less than 10 minute drive to Robert Treman and Buttermilk falls state park, and a mile away from the Danby state Forrest.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide some breakfast items and coffee. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!
