Casa indipendente, al piano terra composta da salone con cucina, bagno e 1 camera da letto e spazio esterno in giardino condominiale ma con area 'privata' e parcheggio interno. la casa è a 20 metri dalla fermata FL3 ROMA LA GIUSTINIANA NB la linea ferroviaria che collega con il centro è attiva in direzione centro dalle 6.15 alle 23, e al ritorno dalle 6 alle 22.( dalle 22 alle 24 gli autobus 907 dalla metro A Cornelia o 201 da p.zza mancini). dalle 24 alle 6 vi e il bus n201 p.zza venezia

It is a lovely two-room apartment in a residential area. It is located in front of Veio park and at night it is very quiet. The location is excellent for those moving towards the center of Rome, the Olympic stadium, the Auditorium, Ponte Milvio, Marymount and AOSR but it is also 5 minute drive from the ring road. It is very close to the three main hospitals of the area, Gemelli (15 min by car), San Pietro and Sant Andrea (5 min by car). Recently renovated, it has modern and elegant furnishings.
