Newly remodeled Garden Cottage with living area/kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. Cottage has high ceilings, ceramic tile floors, quartz countertop, cherry wood cabinets and new mini-split heater/air conditioner. It is bordered on two sides by a garden common area with seating, fountain, and a grape vine covered pergola. New Roku TV installed. Conveniently located: * 5 min to I-5 * 10 min to airport * 3 min to Central Point * 10 min to Medford * 5 min to Jacksonville * 25 min to Ashland

Historic 1875 Kitchen House

Easy walking distance to Britt concert venue, trails, and downtown. The base rate is for the entire first floor and includes one bedroom with en suite bathroom with a large clawfoot tub. Upstairs attic space can also be rented for an additional fee, which includes 3 beds and a full bathroom. Declare 3 guests if 2 people need their own suites. If you are checking in with 4 or 5 people, please indicate the true number of guests, which adds an extra fee per person to cover cleaning costs.

Breakfast nook with coffee, and tea. Neighborhood is quiet with shopping and dining not far away. Only one small step into the unit. Octagon Studio / Beautiful Rogue River property

Park-like setting; Rogue River premier property. Use the Octagon Studio to enjoy the luxuries of the property or as a home base for the many amenities in the Rogue Valley. Relax by the pool or soak in the hot tub, lounge on the rivers beach, watch the river go by from the floating dock(seasonal) swing between two large pine trees, have an evening fire in the fire pit, catch trout for a morning breakfast, watch the abundant wildlife. Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

This detached 420 sf apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. Light-filled studio (from two solar tubes) on over 1/3 acre of flowers and fruit trees, three blocks from downtown, and craft foods and wine. Very close and easy access from the highway. Jacksonville is 6 miles, and the Ashland Plaza is 17 miles. Southern OR is filled with playhouses, delicious wine, yummy local restaurants, scenic rivers, and endless wilderness. Come enjoy! Rogue River Retreat

A nature lovers retreat on the beautiful Rogue River. Watch osprey from the sprawling cedar deck, fish for salmon right on the river bank, or take a soak in the deep tub, this peaceful cabin you won't want to leave. Located half way between Grants pass and Medford with easy access to the 5 freeway, you can enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer. The cabin has one deluxe bathroom and one cozy bedroom that has a king size bed with a water view.

This enchanting 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bathroom cottage is a centrally located and offers the perfect blend of comfort and style. The sofa in the living room is a hide-a-bed which can sleep 2 additional people. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and more! For the safety and security of our guests, we do have an outdoor camera monitoring common areas.

Relax with the whole family at this comfy and clean family friendly home centrally located in a cute residential neighborhood. Only minutes away from major shopping, food, and entertainment. This location makes for an easy stop over along I-5 on an Oregon road trip. Hiking trails are not far from this location, many guests stay here to check out Crater Lake National Park, and even some of the mountain lakes not far away.
