我们这是第二次入住这家民宿，原因是房间宽大舒适，地段好，干净有电梯，房间里的窗户可以打开，还可以做饭洗衣服，房东很友好。下次来日本还会继续入住。

Nakano-san is an incredible host - friendly, easy to communicate with, and with helpful information about area stores/restaurants. The first day I checked in, I was invited to her son's music bar (Aloha New York) next door where I got to hear great jazz music and meet some awesome people - with local hookups for restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable, I didn't need to run the a/c at all despite the mugginess outside - and sitting out in the garden was very relaxing. It's tucked away off the main street in the area where you can't hear the hustle and bustle. Two stops off Shinjuku, it's easy to get anywhere as well. I'd stay again if in the area!

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. As advertised. Had all amenities we needed. Would stay here again.

Peacefully and beautiful surroundings got a few 24*7 stores nearby ,loved the house clean and well decorated.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit, der Lage, der Größe der Unterkunft und mit der Kommunikation unserer Gastgeberin. Etwas besseres hätten wir uns für Tokyo fast nicht vorstellen können. Selten findet man ein Apartment in der Größe (2Räume), in der Lage für diesen Preis. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und herzlich, sie haben uns mit Verpflegung und Öl für das Baby versorgt, Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und waren immer erreichbar. Wir würden bei einem zweiten Besuch in Tokio auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Small and efficient place for a Tokyo visit. Right behind a small police station which is nice. Some traffic noise but generally a quiet neighborhood.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at Hilltop Itabshi. It offers an exceptional stay experience, underscored by its strategic location—just a few meters from Shimura-sakaue Station and within close proximity to restaurants and shopping areas—making it highly convenient for travelers. Each room showcases the host’s thoughtful attention to detail, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The provision of laundry supplies and toiletries adds to the overall comfort and ease of the stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential cooking utensils, allowing guests the flexibility to prepare meals at their convenience. A washing machine situated near the bathroom is particularly useful for families, making it easy for children to manage their laundry immediately after bathing. For relaxation, the living area features a smart TV, ideal for unwinding with entertainment after a day of exploring the area. The property provides a comfortable and thoughtfully designed environment.

The apartment is compact, but very new and has everything our family of 4 needed. The sofa bed is large and comfortable. We loved the very quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, just a bit away from the hustle and bustle. And the hosts were super responsive and helpful!
