This was such an amazing stay! The location was always withing 7-12 min walk from any train station, which made any of our daily adventures a breeze to travel to and an easy walk home after a long day of walking. The room is very clean, relaxing and comfortable which is much needed after the busy streets of Dontonbori, which is a very accessible from this airbnb! Yikiko was friendly and helpful from her very first message. She was always quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. 100% would come back again, whenever I find myself on Osaka.

This was my favourite stay of our whole trip. Only stayed two nights but felt right at home. The area is great. Close to everything but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Being able to leave our bags before check in was amazing. The place is super clean and has everything you need. Shower pressure was great. Especially when you need to wash your hair. Yui was lovely and quick with her responses. Highly recommend this place and will be staying here again next time I visit Osaka.

Great place to stay, good space and near Dontombori’s landmarks and a great view from the balcony.

It is a very cozy space made our stay very comfortable . Everything was perfect, from the clean and tidy accommodations to the little details that showed Nami’s care. Highly recommended!!

Cozy and comfortable place with an amazing location. Also came with a complimentary ticket for the hot spring near the place. Host was very accommodating and kind.

Mayumi was there when we arrived, was incredibly accommodating and a real pleasure to speak with. She showed us everything in the house and gave us excellent recommendations. She even helped me planned my proposal (secretly) as I need helped navigating the crowds in Kyoto! The unit was wonderful and very much a true Japanese experience compared to a western-style hotel. It was nothing flashy, but had all the modern comforts. There was even an option for doubling up the bedding to provide more comfort for those more accustomed to softer, deeper beds. The balcony was beautiful and relaxing in the mornings. There is a somewhat busy street across from the balcony that hosts ryokans and restaurants, but nowhere as busy or intrusive as the Kawaramachi area (conveniently) just up the block. Just be aware during the day, that there is a some foot traffic 20 feet away if you keep the doors open, it peaks early evening and is empty by night so you can sleep peacefully.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

とても快適に過ごさせていただきました！ 清潔感のあるお部屋、ウェルカムドリンクやアメニティも素敵でしたですが、 枕元に色々充電できるようたこあしケーブルがあったり、クーラーの風が直接当たらないよう対処されていたり、、細かい心配りに感動しました！ 今回家族で宿泊いたしましたが、新江ノ島水族館や人気のご飯屋さんが近く大満足です。また利用させていただきたいです。

I recently stayed at Saito’s place and had a wonderful experience! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout my stay. The place was thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to one of the attraction, restaurants, and subway station, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Thank you again, Saito, for being such a great host. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

We spent two nights at Yume's place, which is really very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable with thick matresses on the tatami floor. Just pay attention that restaurants close very ealry - some around 17:00, so sometimes we ate from the two convenience stores (5 min. walk) that had warm meals. Overall the Hakone area is beautiful and Yume's house is very comfortable. Yume was also very helpful when I needed some extra help.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Place is great and communication was quick and uncomplicated

The best place to stay with your family in Kyoto

全体的に、素晴らしく気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 良い点 とっても広くて全てがとにかくおしゃれで清潔、気持ちの良い滞在となりました。 吹き抜けいっぱいでしたが寒いこともなく快適。 図書室の空間も面白かったです。 サウナも楽しませていただきました。 サウナは別料金で銀行振込をしなければならなくクレジット支払いに対応していないので、リスティング料金に初めから含まれているとさらにありがたいですが… 家の周りに美味しいご飯屋さんやテイクアウトできる食事もあったので、また、森戸神社もすぐ近所で散歩できてロケーションも最高でした。 周辺の情報や家の詳細などは、事前にこまかくリスト化して送ってくれていて、すごく助かりましたしかなり参考にしました。 デメリット ・家の前の道が激狭だったので車を使うのが少しおっくうになった。運転に自信のない方は近くのコインパーキングを利用した方が良いかもと感じました。 その分部屋でゆっくりできたので結果的に良かったです。 ・リスティング説明ではBBQセット無償で貸出の記載があったが、貸出を希望したところ記載の間違えで今は有料との返事だったのは残念でした。こちらからの申し出で無償にしていただきましたが、なんとなく申し訳なく使用できませんでした。 ・2泊3日だとアメニティの量が人数から考えて想定より少なく、トイレットペーパーも少なめで、家にいることが多く割と消費したので無くならないか少しハラハラしました。 ・オートロックと聞いてましたが鍵がかからず困って問い合わせたところ接続不良とのこと。前もって教えていただけたら助かるなだと思いました。

宿泊に関しての説明がとても丁寧でした。また、地元のお祭りやおすすめの観光地等の紹介も計画を立てるのに非常に参考になりました。設備やアメニティも充実しており、１泊だけの利用でしたが、快適に過ごせました。また機会がありましたら是非利用させていただきたいと思います。

小屋干净、温馨，厨房设备齐全，我们几乎每天晚上自己做饭，门口的小花园可以吃饭、聊天、喝咖啡，非常惬意！30秒到海边毫不夸张，清晨可以沿着海边慢跑。到伊豆急行线的宇佐美站、超市、药店、便利店等，都在8分钟步行范围内。房东热情友好，对我这个日文一窍不通，英文只会读写不会听说的人，表现出强大的耐心和亲切。一次暖心的旅居！谢谢！😊

This is such a perfect and cool place in Kyoto for a family of four. Great location for sightseeing and shopping. The windows have amazing views of the city and make for great people watching. The beds and futons are comfy. The 2 bathrooms are so convenient. The dryer dries well which is rare in Japan. The host responds quickly. We also enjoyed the Starbucks right downstairs and the hip rooftop bar above. Things to consider: It’s one big open space so you won’t get much privacy. And there’s only one large sink by the kitchen for both bathroom and kitchen use, which may be a bit awkward. But those were no problems for us. We LOVED our stay and would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto.

中学生の子供と小学生の子供も家族4人で利用しました。 寝室が二つあり、またソファーベッドもあり、一人で寝たい中学生の子供も満足いく部屋でよかったです。 立地もよく江の島を楽しむのであれば1番良かったです。

Stayed in 402 for two nights in late march. Extremely clean, everything worked and the space was perfect for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Extremely good location for visiting enoshima and very short walk from the nearest stations. Great food choices within the area and very quiet at night. Everything looked very new within the unit, great water pressure for the shower, hot water did require manual turn on and worked great. Door lock took a few times to figure out given the two key holes.

Akiko’s place was just as described and very easy to access. Loved, loved the location and the slideshow Akiko sent along was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful dinner at the local yakiniku restaurant, which we would not have found without Akiko’s recommendation.
