Four miles south takes you to Saugeen Conservation Centre where you’ll see Swans a swimming and the nature trails will take you to the Sulphur Spring. Hanover’s P&H Centre hosts an indoor pool and ice rink. A short drive gets you to the beaches on Lake Huron. Enjoy horse races in summer and Casino.

Experience a unique winter camping retreat for two in our wood-stove-heated tiny home. Complete with an outdoor shower, outhouse, covered hot tub, and a propane BBQ for cooking. The campfire pit and picnic table sitting area are open all year. This holiday rental setup is designed for couples and located on our working hobby farm right off a main highway. * Please note, the outdoor shower and bar closes seasonally due to freezing temperatures with no alternative available. Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

Carrick Creek Farmstead is a sanctuary in the corner of Southeast Bruce County in Ontario. The Farmstead offers you 170 acres of rolling hills, a woodlot and walking trails. The Loft is a suite above our garage. A king bed and pull out sofa bed allow accommodation for 4 adults. The loft has kitchen facilities, shower, television, and air conditioning for the summer. Enjoy a meal on the nearby patio. If you would like to enjoy some prepared food from the Carrick Creek kitchen, just ask.
