Sitting above the valley we are always stunned by the silence and sunsets that bless our location. The pod itself is beautifully designed in shiplap wood, the interior offers a cosy bedroom area, a kitchen with smart use of space, a living and dining area with lots of natural light from a panoramic window and a bathroom with shower. A hidden gem along the Wild Atlantic Way situated in North Sligo approx 1km off the main N15 in a quiet and peaceful setting beside our own family home. Close to so many wonderful places to visit! A fantastic base for exploring Sligo, Donegal and many surrounding counties. A 10 minute drive to the charming town of Sligo, great for shopping and dining.

It is a short 10 minute drive to Sligo Town, 3 minutes to Castledargan Hotel and Golf Course, and 5 minutes to Markree Castle with easy access to upland and forest walks, and world renowned beaches.

Only 15 minutes from Ireland West Airport, Knock, our place is located on the Sligo / Mayo border in a beautiful rural location surrounded by farmland and lots of peace & tranquility !! The house is equipped with free Wifi, Oil Fired Central Heating and all the conveniences that you would expect in a home away from home. Our place comfortably sleeps 8 people with a cot available if needed.

Lovely ,Cosy, Private Cabin ,

A lovely cosy private cabin , near Strandhill , Coney Island , Knocknarea , Sligo Town and all the wonderful sites of Sligo...The cabin is fully fitted out ,it has a large comfortable pull out sofa bed, a very effective stove , and garden to sit in, parking , a bus route out side the door , however it only goes once an hour, and not at night , a car or bike would be a much easier option..The cabin is situated beside my cottage, so I will be on hand to help you settle in should you need

The Red Fox Cottage

This is a lovely old style cottage attached to an Authentic local Irish Pub. It is self contained with front and rear entrances and parking. There are two open fireplaces. A great choice for a large family group, a group of friends, or a couple. Knock Ireland West International Airport is approx 30 mins away. There are woods, lakes and amazing beaches very close by. Ballina Town is only 8km away. Combine your stay with the perfect pint of Guinness and a chat with the locals, next door!

Idyllically located in the heart of Union Wood, 7miles from Sligo town this cosy self-contained cabin provides an ideal location to get away from it all, with fishing, hiking & mountain bike trails on your doorstep though action is never far away! This is an ideal stopover on your Wild Atlantic Way adventure or if you're attending a wedding in Markree Castle or Castle Dargan hotel. My parents, Brendan & Sheila will be on hand to show you around and give you a real Sligo welcome!

Cosy, small, twin room cabin with ensuite.

The cabin is located in a beautiful scenic and secluded area surrounded by trees and wildlife close to the Bricklieve mountains and the Carrowkeel megalithic tombs. Facilities include tea and coffee, a toaster and a mini fridge. No pets. Shower and toilet. There are many walking routes in the area and also fishing close by. It is approx. 20 mins drive from Sligo town and 2.5 hrs from Dublin. There is a pub which serves food approx. 2kms from the cabin. NO SMOKING
