Тиволи: аренда домов с местом для костра

Aure und Max haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Das wunderschöne Grundstück lädt durch die alten Olivenbäume zum entspannen ein. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass wir den von Aure und Max angelegten Gemüsegarten mit nutzen durften. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Unterkunft ist so aufgeteilt, dass wir die eine Hälfte des Gartens alleine und privat nutzen durften. Die Innenausstattung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Fußläufig ist der Campingplatz in der Nachbarschaft zu erreichen. Hier gibt es einen wunderschönen Strand und Seezugang. Mit dem Auto ist alles andere sehr gut erreichbar. Aure hat uns als Reiseführerin sehr viele Empfehlungen gegeben und in der Unterkunft waren zusätzlich einige interessante Bücher über Rom und die Gegend Bracciano zu finden. Der Einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Wasserversorgung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten eine entspannte und tolle Zeit bei Aure und Max. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Unser Aufenthalt in Lucias Haus war rundum gelungen. Das Haus ist großzügig, sehr gepflegt und bot unserer 11-köpfigen Gruppe mehr als genug Platz. Die Anbindung mit dem Zug ins Zentrum von Rom war unkompliziert – in etwa 50 Minuten waren wir mitten in der Stadt. Ein Auto ist dennoch praktisch, um die Umgebung flexibel zu erkunden. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und tolle Restaurants. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden bei einem nächsten Rom-Besuch gerne wieder hier übernachten. Lucia war immer erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Vielen Dank, Lucia!

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

We really enjoyed our stay,the house is spacious with a really nice bbq set up. You’ll find everything you need for your stay and even more,the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space for a big family or group of friends. Giuliano is really nice and responsive,great stay.

Casa ben arredata e attrezzata, silenziosa, spazi comodi per 4 xon due camere oltrealla sala,, apprezzati i letti con materassi top qualità dopo una giornata a camminare tra Ville oa Roma, per un riposo rigenerante. Lo spazio fuori è un bello sfogo, d'estate all'ombra e fresco. C'è posteggio per l'auto lunga la strada, anche se molto trafficata. Qualche problema con l'acqua calda all'inizio ma risolto in fretta.

Malgré les 2h de retard de notre avion et une arrivée plus que tardive, Matteo a été très flexible et notre arrivée s'est très bien passée ! Les conseils promulgués pour les transports (vers le centre ou l'aéroport) ont été très utiles ! Merci pour ce séjour :-)

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, situato in un quartiere tranquillo, fuori dal centro storico ma accessibile facilmente con i mezzi pubblici. Pieno di locali ottimi per un aperitivo o cena. Ascenza è stata cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliato

L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro et seulement 5 stations de la gare de Termini, de là tout est facilement accessible. Le quartier, animé le soir, dispose de nombreux commerces : restaurants, superettes, pizzeria et trattoria, caviste….Nous vous recommandons Necci pour manger le soir et le caviste sur la via del pigneto pour les planches charcuterie et fromage (gorgonzola au chocolat !). Fidèle aux photos et description, nous avons trouvé le logement lumineux, propre et assez grand pour 4 adultes (la petite table se déplie) Le chauffage et l'eau chaude fonctionne très bien, la cuisine est fonctionnelle: merci à Paolo.

Our second stay at Mario's apartment because the first time it was perfect for us. Marco met us again and allowed us to arrive early; he was very friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We hope to stay at their place again in the future!

Very nice stay near the airport. The apartment has every amenity listed. Very friendly host responsive to every question. Quiet surroundings.

We had 6 lovely days staying at Pierluigi’s apartment which was comfortable and clean. The apartment had all the amenities we required, including a washing machine. What we enjoyed the most was the sunny terrace with 3 seating areas, nearly the size of the apartment. Although it was a long , but walkable distance into the center of Rome, bus 46 was accessible nearby. There are however large amount of restaurants and shops nearby. Pierluigi was a responsive and helpful host.

El alojamiento fue fiel a las fotografías, estaba limpio y Daniela cooperaba en todo!. Sin embargo, tuvimos un pequeño problema de hormigas, supongo que es por tratarse de una casa carca del campo nada que no se pueda convivir con ello. Simplemente es una observación, por otro lado el metro que esta muy bien ubicado al lado de un supermercado esta más a 10 minutos que a 5. Aun así recomiendo el alojamiento.

Coup de coeur assuré, c'est même plus beau que sur les photos, l'accueil était parfait, bus, supermarché, restaurant tout est à proximité. Prenez uniquement vos vêtements tout est disponible sur place. N'hésitez pas à louer chez Isabella vous ne serait pas déçu. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable chez Paolo, au calme après la journée et le bruit de la ville. La cour extérieure est un petit cocon vert ! Un arrêt de bus est situé à 25 mètres de la maison, et permet d'atteindre le métro en 10 minutes, parfait pour visiter Rome Paolo a été à notre écoute durant tout le séjour, et a très vite répondu à nos demandes. Très bonne adresse à Rome !

Se volete rilassarvi é la vacanza perfetta. siamo stati in compagnia del nostro cane che ha avuto a disposizione uno splendido giardino e il lago con la possibilità di accedere alla spiaggia privata quasi sempre nella pace più totale. i genitori di Martina che ci hanno accolto sono stati gentilissimi, mettendosi anche a disposizione per un guasto alla macchina che abbiamo avuto. Lo chalet é bellissimo e ha tutti i comfort inclusi wifi e aria condizionata. La zona é bellissima e a pochi passi da Bracciano che é colma di ottimi ristoranti. Che dire ci torneremo sicuramente STRACONSIGLIATO!

1. The owner always helpful and is there for you if something goes wrong or you need some help. 2. If you are with a car. The best way to leave a car in metro parking at Arco di Travertino (1,5 euro per day) and ttavel to the city center by metro. Parking downtow problematic. By metro to Colloseo - 15 min. 3. Main street near by - via Tuscolana - lots of shops, seevices and cafes. 4. The property itself has safe parking and yard. 5. I was staying there 5 months. It is more suited for short therm stays. Altough I didnt had any problems to stay longer. 6. So calm place. Near by park Apia Antica. 7. 15 min walk - 23/7 shop 8. To summarise- I had a good time
