This historic 19th century cottage in the heart of beautiful Devon is one of the few properties that overlooks the peaceful Grand Western Canal. It sits in its own private spot as a perfect place to use as a launch pad for exploring the rest of the county, as a unique accommodation option if here for an event or work, or as its own blissful vacation spot to rest and recuperate. Whatever you're here for, make sure cream tea is on the menu. The cottage hosts up to four people and is pet friendly.

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Upstairs there is a large bedroom (with loo and sink) and a double and single bed.

Many years ago, this barn was used to press the apples from the farm's orchards to make cider. Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks.
