Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Hof Neuhaus, perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Die 82m² große Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem Bauernhof und bietet Platz für bis zu vier Gäste. Die Wohnung besitzt ein äußerst geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit viel Holz . Neben der großen Küche hat die Ferienwohnung noch ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett aus Zirbenholz mit einem angrenzenden, renovierten Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer kann ein zweites Doppelbett aufgebaut werden. Es steht Ihnen eine große Terrasse mit Blick auf die Dolomiten

Small but nice apartment

Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

Der Hof betreibt eine Pferdepension; er beherbergt außerdem ein paar Schafe, Hühner, Kaninchen, Meerschweinchen und Katzen. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, unabhängig, mit komplett eingerichteter Küche und inkl. Bettwäsche & Handtücher. Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein Trampolin und Schaukeln. Minimum 3 Nächte.

The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

This stylish 2-room apartment (57 m²) has been completely renovated and offers everything you need for your holiday in the center of Merano. In the entrance area, there is an open wardrobe and a bench. The bathroom features a great shower and a toilet with bidet. In the living area, there is a kitchen with essential amenities, a dining area, and a large sofa bed (180x 200 cm). In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180x 200 cm) and an open wardrobe.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
