A lovely long weekend spent with family in the large farmhouse. Beautiful sunsets and surrounding countryside and a well-equipped home. Open plan kitchen and dining area with room for all to cook and eat together. Space for everyone yet cosy and warm. A hot tub with views was a hit with everyone!

I can’t speak highly enough of the space and Emma, the host. Emma is extremely responsive with any queries whatsoever. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and the check in was seamless. When we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat but the pictures just don’t do it justice. The yurt is absolutely magical and Emma has thought of everything, anything you could possibly need is provided and the instruction booklet is clear and thorough so you know how everything works. We slept like kittens in the very comfy bed and it is so unbelievably cosy and relaxing, we didn’t stop smiling the whole time. Thoroughly recommend taking advantage of the hot tub and the pizza oven, Emma’s dough was delicious and the instructions to work the oven were very clear and helpful. We didn’t want to leave. The whole place is so magical with the fairy lights and going to sleep to the sound of owls was really lovely. We will 100% be back. Thank you so much, Emma ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic stay! A lovely break from hectic life! The hot tub was perfect temperature, size with a great view The pod had everything we possibly needed and the space was used well. Great shower and kitchen facilities. Will definitely be coming back!

It was a real pleasure to stay at this property everything we needed was there, very spacious, every room with toilet and shower, easy access to town centre. We recommend with pleasure to anyone. Many thanks and we hope to came again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mutton Barn. The house was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. The location was perfect: a beautiful, rural position - so quiet - all we could hear was birdsong! The views from the house were outstanding! We loved seeing the wildlife: badgers feeding on the lawn, pheasants in the garden, deer roaming across the fields and a bird of prey swooping from tree to tree as we drove up to the house on our arrival. Paul was a very friendly, obliging and helpful host - we certainly appreciated the lighting of the log burner each night. Many thanks too, Paul, for the champagne, milk and chocolates you left for us - they were much appreciated!

Stayed the night for my partners birthday, decorations in the bedroom were the perfect touch. Very clean and tidy. Will be back soon :))

We stayed for a weekend and it was beautiful. The accommodation was great, facilities, brilliant. I drive a very small car as-well so don't be put off by the steep hill up to the house. I didn't struggle at all! Emma was friendly and really helpful! 100% will book again more than worth the money. We only had one issue, our dog is a teeny one so could get under the gates, but there was enough equipment in the garden to block the small gaps.

Sarah was a wonderful host, really unique and special space to stay. We were a small wedding hen party celebration, and it was perfect for hosting and making various cocktails / food on the fires. Loved the fires by the yurt and the outdoor kitchen too. The hot tub got quite hot quickly but I think it’s part of the charm to get the fire perfect and honestly was quite fun to try it out! Definitely a great idea to have private bathrooms, as it made the experience more comfortable. Sarah was very friendly and helpful on arrival, flexible with us and overall it was an amazing stay I’d recommend for friends or family and I’d love to come back myself.

The Dinney is lovey and the drake cottage is nice to stay in. The place has a welcoming driveway and cows to say hello to. The views all around are great. the washing machine was handy and everything was clean. the back garden is handy for small children to play in and for them to pop in and out and it feels secure.

We had a fabulous time here, great apartment, very quiet and serene - just what we wanted, and location-wise very scenic, our dog loved the Lickey Hills; perfect for walking and exploring. If you’re looking for something a bit more “vibey”, there’s Herbert’s Yard close by in Longbridge where you can listen to a bit of music, and have a bite to eat - very cool, and they even sell Puppuccinos. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again.

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

What a fabulous stay we had at Rimmer’s Farm House. An absolutely stunning house and an incredible welcome hamper including cake, Easter chocolate, dog treats, fresh eggs, milk, breakfast juices etc. The house is extremely spacious and the hosts have thought of just about every additional touch to make it a very special stay for families and friends.

Jean is an extremely welcoming host and her property is stunning, with wonderful walks around the property through woodlands, lakes and gardens with a wealth of wildlife including Roger and Kevin the peacocks. we went for a gentle weekend away and it was perfect. Lovely around the property and beautiful places to visit nearby. Will definitely be returning.

David is great host - friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible and accommodating with my long stay booking. And very responsive when I needed help with fixing a problem. Many thanks, David.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

Had the most wonderful 3 nights in Cow Pen Cottage. Perfect location with a fantastic farm shop (Cobbs) next door selling fabulous top quality local produce to make wonderful breakfasts with. Wendy was so helpful, giving very clear instructions and points of interest to visit. The cottage is quaint & full of character but still has all the mod cons necessary. Wendy gave us a lovely warm welcome with strawberries & prosecco and chocolates by the bed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean and a very welcome addition each day. There were so many attractions within a very short drive and that made Cow Pen Cottage the perfect base to explore Stratford-upon-Avon and the Cotswolds. We will definately be back some day. Paddock cottage was beautiful!! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. Stayed here for one night as on a course at harper adams the next day. Wish we could of stayed longer! This cottage was the best of the best with the added bonus of Monty the horse right outside (i can’t seem to get away from them!) and the friendly chickens too! we will most definitely be back and recommend! The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

We Had a Great Time! we Enjoyed the lovely warm pool And the Hot tub, the views are amazing! The cottage is really cosy, and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, we went to The Cotswold Farm Park for a day out- strongly recommended for families with small children. All in all a fabulous holiday we will definitely be coming back!
