The Sandy River and miles of trails are steps away. Inside there are 2 bedrooms + a loft with 4 twin beds, a wood-burning stove, a spacious living area, TV, games, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. Enjoy the relaxing surroundings while staying in a newly renovated cabin with all the comforts of home. 2 night min. stay seasonally/Fri/Sat but possibly accept a 1 night stay...just ask. This cozy 928 sq ft A-frame is located on wooded property at the foothills of Mt. Hood National forest near Sandy River. Perfect for a solo getaway, a couple’s retreat, or a small family escape. Skiing/snowboarding is 20-30 mins away. Sandy Ridge mnt biking - 5 mins away. Lots of hiking around.

The Roost - Contemporary Rustic Cabin

Our cozy, pet-friendly cabin has been remodeled top to bottom. It has an open floor plan and will sleep 2 comfortably in the loft with fold outs below suitable for 2 singles. Sandy Ridge Trail is right around the corner, Wildwood Park is across the way, and Mt Hood is a short 15 minute drive. Close to some great Eats and Drinks. We recently added a clawfoot tub with on demand hot water for a lovely soak outdoors!
