if I could give 6 stars I would. Niki and Thanos were excellent hosts, providing everything they could to ensure our holiday was extra special. The properties on this small complex are amazing and the views incredible. Anna, Poppy and Anna (the house keeping staff) were supper helpful, lovely and friendly. This rental is very special and my wife and I can't wait to come back next year. Thank you Niki

It was our first time in Greece and as young women, sometimes it is pretty dainting to know whether the places you visit will be safe. Let me tell you, if I ever had to go back to one place on Earth, that would be Kalymnos, and a big part of it had to do with the amazing hospitality and treatment we got from Stefanos. From the first moment he sent us very clear instructions on how to find the apartment, was very responsive to any questions we had and welcomed us to the island with many recommendations on things to do. His place is very well located within a very short walking distance from the port and city center of Pothia. The apartment is pretty big, at least for us, as we spent most of the day outside. It had two balconies, a huge bathroom and very nice kitchen. On our last day we had to depart a few hours after check out and Stefanos did us a HUGE favor by letting us leave our bags at the apartment. Thank you so much for everything, we are already planning a trip to come back! :)

We had a lovely stay at Erkan's place. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the place was very user friendly and the house was spacious for our family needs. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk into the town centre where there was lots to do and see. Erkan was a great host, very helpful and responsive when we needed anything.

Maria's place was clean and well situated for crags (i.e afternoon wall, spartan wall, grande gotta etc. Close enough to walk to Stala's and water. Kitchen was well equipped given that it was only a studio. Great spot for a couple. Balcony would be fun in the summer.

Andrea is a very good host, very friendly and helpfully! If we had problems or questions we could reach him all the time through mobile and he respond us always very quick.

We loved it at Gabriela‘s Airbnb. It was so beautiful and comfortable and looked as described. We definitely recommend a visit and hope to travel there again!🥰

Had the most amazing stay with Nina. she is so welcoming and the place is so spacious. You will definitely need to have scooters or a car to get to any of the climbing crags, so would recommend organising that before you arrive. Otherwise it was perfect, super peaceful and a great place to relax and take in the great view.

Maria is an excellent host and her place is beautiful and very cozy. I highly recommend staying there to anyone looking for a more rustic experience with an easy access to everything Kos town has to offer (~15 minutes away). You absolutely need to rent a car, a cab drive ranges from 30 to 50€ each way. The restaurant right next door is a gem and a must go. Thanks for everything Maria!

Wir haben uns bei Martha direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Vom überaus freundlichen Empfang, über bereitgestelltes Wasser im Übermaß, Wein ind Olivenöl bis zu tollen Empfehlungen in der Umgebung. Martha hat unsere Zeit auf der Insel Kos zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Das besondere I-Tüpfelchen war ihre Katze, welche uns jeden Morgen und jeden Abend freundlich begrüßte. Wir würden jederzeit dorthin zurückkommen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Hier ist eine authentische Inselerfahrung garantiert. Eine großes Dankeschön an Martha ♥️

Maria’s place is absolutely fantastic – even better than what you see in the pictures, both inside and out. The bed is super comfortable, and the wooden shutters are great for keeping the light and heat out when needed. Despite the heat, we only had to run the air conditioning on low. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need, making it feel just like home. Maria was very friendly and supported all our inquiries, while still making us feel like we had full privacy throughout our stay. The location is perfect, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and local restaurants just a stone’s throw away. There are also bars within walking distance near the beach. Plus, it’s ideally situated on the island, so you can reach most other neighborhoods with just a 10-15 minute drive. This was definitely one of our top Airbnb stays so far!

Excellent location near many fantastic restaurants (our favorite was right next door with amazing sea food). A bit noisy due to the restaurants around but with the door closed it was fine. Right down to the beach so a quick morning or anytime swim was in reach. Responsive and very helpful host.

We had a really great time staying at Leo’s place. The garden is lovely and we spent hours relaxing there. The kids really like playing with Leo’s cats and dogs and I have to say they were extremely well behaved, not trying to get in the house or begging for food. I get eczema from cats and dogs so I was a bit worried about that at first, but it turned out to be fine because they never come inside and didn’t seem to try and sleep on the outdoor furniture either. Leo brought us fresh eggs and grapes from his garden, and using the kitchen was easy. The location is outside the main town in the middle of Kos island and we had a rental car, so close enough to everywhere if you are driving, and far enough away to be relaxing. There are a couple supermarkets and markets within a few minutes drive if you want to cook at home. Highly recommended for a young family whose kids are keen to swim in the plunge pool and play in the garden. Great time thanks Leo!

Wir haben uns in Yiannis wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus und die Küche sind gut ausgestattet. Yiannis Mama hat uns ganz viele Welcome Geschenke gemacht, Obst, Gemüse, Kuchen, Wein, Bier. Zwischendurch kam sie vorbei, hat unsere Terrasse sauber gemacht und uns süße Teilchen mitgebracht.🥰 Auch sonst haben sich Yiannis und seine Mutter sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison da und hatten Fokus auf Wandern und die Gegend kennenlernen. Wer Ruhe, Entspannung und tolle Landschaft sucht ist hier genau richtig. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, dass es im Sommer sehr schön dort ist, es gibt viele Tavernen, die meisten hatten zu als wir da waren, aber in der Saison kann man dort sicherlich einen schönen und entspannten Badeurlaub verbringen. Es lohnt sich auch die nah gelegene Umgebung zu erkunden, die Natur dort ist wunderschön und man soll sie auch respektieren.❤️

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Superbe semaine passée sur l’île de Kos grâce aux précieux conseils notre hôte Serge qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Son amour pour l’île de Kos est contagieux et grâce à lui, nous avons vécu une expérience authentique et inoubliable. La villa est idéalement située et dispose de nombreuses prestations très bien entretenues.

Me gustó hospedarme en Nissia, me sentí muy cómoda, limpian la habitación a diario. Fue muy buena mi experiencia. Nassos fue muy amable.

Our stay was lovely, the place was clean, and the staff were really nice, lovely pool, and good restaurant, we had a 10% discount on all items on the menu, we recommend their special breakfast with great varieties, we had it almost every day of our stay. good parking space, good location, there is a lovely street on the sea with restaurants and souvenir shops behind the compound, highly recommend this place if you're looking to have a great time in Bodrum. thumbs up !

A wonderful villa with sea and bay view from the terrace. It has a private pool and a beautiful courtyard. It was very clean and smelled good. Tracey was very friendly and welcoming. She was very flexible with checkin and check out time. She welcomed us and showed us around. She was very helpful with local tips. She helped me with the car rental, and advised me few restaurants nearby. We truly enjoyed all her advices. This villa is quite big enough for large families. The pool is sparkling clean and well equipped with all kind of pool toys for kids. Terrace of the villa is just amazing with the stunning view and breeze. I have no single negative point during our entire stay. For sure will come back again. I would like to thank you Tracey once again being so nice and helpful during our stay. All the best :)

We had a great stay at Mourat's farm house. The views from the 2nd floor balcony were wonderful. We watched shooting stars each night from the balcony. The house itself was beautifully decorated and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped as well. Fans are supplied in each room but it can get warm upstairs. We were able to sleep fine but for those sensitive to heat at night, it may not be enough for you. This likely isn't an issue outside of the heat of the peak summer months. It is worth noting that there is a second unit that was rented out while we were there. It is very close to the main house so you can easily hear the people when they are outside. Since we needed to have the windows open given there is no A/C..we would hear them while we were going to sleep. Overall it was still a great stay but if you are looking for a secluded place, you will only find it if the other unit is not rented out during your stay. Lastly the restaurant next to the farm house was amazing!

Ons contactpersoon Kallia heeft ons veel geholpen in de voorbereidingen en tijdens ons verblijf. De villa was heerlijk vertoeven. Het zwembad schoon en de tuin goed onderhouden. Genoeg voorzieningen in de keuken om te koken en lekker koffie te zetten. Met een e-bike ben je in 10 minuten in Kos stad, anders zou ik wel een scooter of auto adviseren te huren. Het enige kleine puntje is dat wij niet hadden verwacht dat het aantal slaapkamers af werd gestemd op ons aantal, een aantal slaapkamers waren dicht. Dat was bij het boeken niet duidelijk, hierdoor konden mensen die alleen wilden slapen in een slaapkamer dat niet doen. Al met al een geweldig verblijf!
