Countryside Lodge in the heart of the South Downs

Highfield Bungalow sits in the heart of the South Downs, located on our own farmland, a light and airy single story building offering 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, fully fitted modern kitchen, dining area with large dining table, sofa and sofa bed for additional guests. There are stunning views of the surrounding countryside from the lounge area, bedrooms. The adjoining terrace is the perfect spot to dine al fresco whilst enjoying the views. The lawn area has a games store and private hot tub.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Woodrest Cabin, South Downs National Park

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views looking over the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run dairy farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore, not to mention fresh milk and a local breakfast hamper! The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

The Annexe @ Mandalay Lodge

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled in the heart of the Hampshire Downs, The Annexe at Mandalay Lodge is the perfect place to unwind. Set next to the main house, the Annexe provides a quiet, tranquil space with a cozy double bed, open plan kitchenette a bathroom with shower & outdoor hot water shower. Stunning views over the countryside from your balcony provides a perfect backdrop for your relaxing stay. There is a Sauna on site bookable for an extra fee, just request.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Luxury annexe near the River Itchen & Alresford

Beautifully decorated studio annex in the village of Ovington - a lovely rural spot yet a short drive from Winchester and walkable to Alresford. Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery). Fresh towels, tea, coffee and biscuits are ready for you on your arrival. An iron, cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

You’ll love sharing photos of this unique place with your friends. Room with a View is a cosy and bright studio room located in the outskirts of the rural village of Owslebury. Just a 5-mile drive from the medieval city of Winchester, Room with a View is situated in a prime location, perfect for a serene getaway or business stay. Secluded from the busy bustle of the city, yet a swift 10-minute drive, Room with a View is surrounded by acres of fields and beautiful views.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.

Delightful , self contained annexed barn with its own entrance . Sympathetically converted 18th century brick and flint barn with original features situated in the pretty market town of Alresford,Hampshire. Very near to the river Arle with picturesque walks, ducks, swans and all within 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. Ideally situated for The Grange Festival opera Northington and the ancient city of Winchester.

The Barn @ North Lodge -Soho Farmhouse-esque Cabin

Inspired by Soho Farmhouse. A stylish converted barn set in the grounds of a Georgian Lodge within the South Downs National Park. Conveniently located close to the picturesque market towns of Alresford, Petersfield, Alton and historic Winchester, it is an ideal base to both explore Hampshire and kick back and relax in luxury. Perfectly situated in the Itchen Valley between the Georgian market town of Alresford and the Cathedral City of Winchester providing easy access to great shopping and historic venues with the benefit of being in a picturesque village. This lovely eighteenth century cottage has stunning walks right from the front door and a local riverside pub, the Bush Inn just a stone's throw away.
