Riverfront Lodge

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

The condo is a corner unit and located right next to Lake Aspen. You can walk, jog, or bike to the Nature Center, SHARC, stables, or the Sunriver Village. There is a shared pool at condo too! Our place is a perfect active family getaway.

Our west side two bedroom cottage is located in a very quiet neighborhood just 2 blocks from Deschutes River trail/kayak rapids. There's a large kitchen, gas fireplace, AC, new hot tub, fenced yard for dogs, WIFI, cable TV, BBQ. Short 10 min walk to downtown for restaurants, galleries, parks and shopping. Hike or bike miles on the Deschutes River trail directly from the house.
