Come stay at our country estate and hobby farm. We would love to host you in our guest wing featuring 6 bedrooms with 6 queen beds and 2 full baths, Kitchenette and tv room with WIFI. Perfect for teams & groups. 15 min to downtown Moncton, 25 min to airport and 50 min to Fundy National Park! Kitchenette doesn't have a sink or stove/oven or BBQ. Bringing a BBQ is allowed. low cleaning fees and no chore list to do! dish and towel cleaning available upon request. The goats may come by to say hello.

Relax on the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the deer in the farmers fields below or take a drive to nearby town of Sussex and see the famous Hot air balloon fiesta in the fall. Lots to do and see in the area.

Our loft is spacious & perfect for a romantic retreat, vacation or work trip. This unique loft has all the amenities for your convenience, a Jacuzzi bathtub for your relaxation and an electric fireplace. Kitchen includes fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, & lots of dishes if you decide to cook. The loft is located above our garage and private. There is a new sofa bed for additional guests. Old Mill Farm~Wood Lot Camping~Off-Grid

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Discover the gorgeous, tranquil landscape that surrounds the Wood Lot, where you can pitch your tent, park your trailer or sleep under the stars. While not as remote as the Clearing Site, the Wood Lot offers quick easy walking access to the river. With trails, forests, brooks and rivers there is so much to explore. This is dry camping although you may fill water from the house. There is a portable toilet available if needed upon request.

Kick back and relax in this cozy space. The studio provides a chill experience on 4+ acres, with private stream access, a small park-like forest, bird watching, meditative spaces, and walking paths throughout the forest. Included: WiFi, coffee beans, tea, firewood, tv, outdoor gear such as snow shoes and fishing gear on request. The treehouse is located in the heart of NB 90 minutes from sight seeing in all directions including Hopewell Rocks, Magnetic Hill, and historical Saint John.

Bring your bike or snowmobile and have the peace of mind to leave your trailer behind. 20 minutes from Moncton, restaurants, grocery and liquor store are near by. This is a rural property.
