me and my girlfriends stayed at Todd's place for my bachelorette party last week. we loved it! we spent a ton of time in the pool and lounging in the gorgeous front lawn. the place felt safe and was the perfect size for our group (8 people). when we had some issues come up with the place, Todd was immediately responsive and made things right,.ensuring that we were totally satisfied with our stay. I would definitely stay here again. thank you Todd!

We loved staying at Denis’s house! The neighborhood was peaceful, but close to everything. Lots of restaurants, cafes, etc. within walking distance. The house is very clean and well stocked. Our 3-year old loved the toys, books, coloring supplies and adorable backyard. We’ll be back on our next trip to LA!

Cynthia and Ryan's place was an amazing stay. Windsor Hills/View Park is such a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood to walk around in especially while enjoying the sun. The house felt like home for the entirety of my being there. It was everything I could've asked for and more, and I truly enjoyed making dinner in the kitchen, the birds visiting the side patio, and the sunlit living room for reading my book. I feel rejuvenated and joyful leaving here, and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Cynthia and Ryan for being great hosts, and sharing your home with me.

El departamento es mucho más lindo que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente para moverse en auto por toda la ciudad, en un vecindario muy tranquilo y el lugar de estacionamiento es un plus inmejorable que lo hace el lugar perfecto para quedarse en LA. Sydny's place was well-appointed, comfortable, and relaxing. She was responsive & helpful, and the place was close to many conveniences. I definitely recommend her place as a great landing spot for exploring Santa Monica. And if you are from San Francisco, don't miss Tartine's Santa Monica on Arizona & 20th! It's just a few blocks away from Sydny's and the whole place is great with beautiful indoor & outdoor spaces and of course, great food.

Great location, great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also easy access to public transport. Claudia was very friendly and supportive throughout!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

My son and I had a great time in L.A. Mieko's home is in a good neighborhood, clean, and accessible to many hotspots we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed and Mieko checked with me to ensure that everything was adequate. I would definitely recommend this home to travelers!

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Es war offensichtlich, dass sehr viel Wert auf Hygiene gelegt wird. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Ich hatte ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem modernen Badezimmer. Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

This Airbnb stay was an absolute gem! The location couldn't have been more perfect. It’s just a short, pleasant walk away from a pristine and quiet beach where we could unwind and relax without the crowds. The neighborhood itself exudes tranquility and safety, making it an ideal retreat. Plus, it’s conveniently close to all sorts of amenities, from local eateries to ethnic shops. Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re seeking a peaceful beach getaway or a cozy base to explore the area, this place checks all the boxes. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Mo & Nessy were amazing hosts! The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Venice and Venice Canals, few blocks to the beach and Venice pier and close to verything. The place was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 1 month. Host was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you want a true LA experience! Would definitely come back.

We stayed in the condo for one week in April 2025. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly as described and pictured. The building is quiet and centrally-located for area museums, restaurants and clubs. The assigned underground parking is very convenient as on-street parking in the area is challenging. (When you have to park on-street during check-in and check-out, we found the best availability to be north of Gregory Way on S. Hamel Dr.) And we enjoyed listening the their eclectic vinyl collection.
