The resident was clean and easy to find. It’s in a great location with ease getting to and from the amusement parks. A lot of restaurants in the area and I found a reasonable gift shop. The owners were excellent communicators.

This house was the perfect place for our family trip. It was so close to any destination you could want. The house was absolutely perfect. Vanessa was the nicest host and extremely responsive. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Nice clean unit - top floor and on the corner so just one shared wall with a neighbor. The location in Kissimmee is convenient to Disney, there is little to do in the near area though with the closest stores/restaurants about a ten minute drive. The unit was really clean and mostly quiet, we did hear the neighbor moving chairs a few times but nothing unmanageable. There was a strong smell of cleaning products that was bothersome to some of our group. The property has a nice pool and arcade/movie theater which is great for those bringing kids. The unit was spacious and had comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms was a big plus. Overall this is a nice place to stay near Disney without paying Disney prices.

Our Family of 8 had a VERY comfortable and delightful stay. Everything was as Daniel stated in the reservation details. I would stay @ Daniel's townhouse whenever I return to Florida. Centrally located to all of the Disney experiences.

This stay was great for the week, it was close to the parks and had many options for shopping and good food! The house was clean and comfortable, Dennis was very kind and informative and he always responded quickly! Amazing stay, only thing was that I was jealous of that the other guests were able to use the amenities around the complex, a dip in the pool would have been nice.

We rented the whole house (including bungalow) and loved it! It’s one of the most well-appointed places we’ve stayed - the kitchen provides all the basics plus extras like spices, oils, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. The outdoor area by the house is lovely and very relaxing. The one by the water is equally wonderful! Can highly recommend!

David was very nice and responsive when we asked a couple questions. The home was very clean and beautiful. You’re only allowed to park 2 cars in front of the home and any extra need to be parked outside of the community. Overall it was a great stay and I would book again!

Amazing home, well maintained, wonderful, safe & clean community. It felt like we found a hidden gem with this listing.
