Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

A brand new luxury eco-lodge which is situated just outside the village of Docking. It makes the perfect bolt hole for both families and couples and is ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. Walter, a Denis Dominator Bus, is creatively designed and fitted with modern and upcycled materials, focusing on warmth and comfort. Walter accommodates four people in a double room, a small double sofa bed, and a single sofa bed. We can provide a cot. Ideal for two adults and 2 or 3 children. Walter is situated in her field surrounded by trees, with a sunken wildflower garden, Bar B Que, patio and heaps of outside space where wildlife thrives and the steam train occasionally passes.

Marsh Mellow House is a beautiful and spacious property, recently renovated to a high standard for a comfortable stay. Enjoy easy access to nearby pubs, coffee shops, and restaurants. A three-minute walk will take you to the Boardwalk across the marshes, perfect for a scenic walk to Brancaster Beach or Brancaster Staithe. The property also features off-street parking, a private, fully fenced garden, and convenient access to the dog-friendly beach, which is open year-round.

Bakers Yard is our family holiday home in the heart of the village. We are two minutes from the North Norfolk Coastal Path, perfectly located for walking, birdwatching and magnificent beaches. Baker's Yard accommodates up to 8 people, welcomes well-behaved dogs and has a sheltered courtyard garden. Thornham has 3 gastropubs, cafe/delicatessen and sporting facilities. The coastal bus provides easy access to RSPB Titchwell, Wells-next-the Sea and Hunstanton seaside towns.

It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Sandpiper Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Thornham on the north Norfolk coast. The cottage is cozy and ideally located with proximity to nature reserves and beach walks. The property has a beautiful garden leading to a field where children, dogs and grown up can play. Sandpiper is ideal for couples with dogs and small families. It can sleep up to four people and is well equipped for a fun stay, with little hassle.

East Wing is a lovely coastal cottage nestled in the popular village of Thornham with one or two views over Thornham's salt marshes & out to sea. There is accommodation for up to eight guests with one family bathroom upstairs & a ground floor shower room. The garden is enclosed making it ideal for families & dogs. There is space for parking 4 cars. The sitting room has a lovely wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.
