Saxlingham is a small hamlet with XVI century church and rich medieval history, great walks, pubs and restaurants close by. Set in peaceful no through country lane, in a private garden, accessed through an oak gate, surrounded by trees, with internal parking space.

This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Chapel Piece offers a lovely spacious well equipped self contained studio with a self serve breakfast supplied in your own kitchen which has a microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, and a dual air fryer available on request. Beautiful cottage near the North Norfolk coast, freshly renovated for summer 2021. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
