Absolutely fabulous cottage-gorgeous location, super spacious and very well equipped.

Wonderful place to stay! We had a great time and overall was very well maintained! The binder of recommendations was incredible and a welcome basket was a really nice touch! Thank you Angela for ensuring we had a great holiday!

From good communication to the actual stay it was all great, house was in the location we needed very cleans and modern, easy to find and easy access and day of arrival, would recommend for a clean no nonsense comfortable stay

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

This is an incredible, beautiful, peaceful location with lovely walks on the River Wyre just a ten minute stroll down the lane. The property is immaculate, beautifully maintained and in a picturesque location. There are restaurants a short drive away, and the renowned Booths supermarket in the Lancashire market town of Garstang is an easy 3 miles drive from the property. Lancaster, with its great selection of independent shops and compelling history, is just 7 miles away. With easy access to the M6, what more can I say? Highly recommended!!

My wife and myself had an amazing stay at Rachel’s cabin,the views are fantastic and it’s so peaceful.the cabin itself was excellently presented and had everything you needed,we look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting beautiful North Yorkshire. Overall had a lovely stay, had only one extremely minor issues with the dishwasher, but was honestly no problem at all (Hence the 5 stars!). Nice and private, rarely if ever bothered by passers by or ramblers. Nice amenities in the lodge, and hot tub was lovely. Parking was a little tight, but nice to have our own space while visiting. Honestly had a fab stay!
