Inspired by our travels to Asia and our love for the zen aesthetic, we welcome you to our cozy 2nd floor apartment on a duplex. A great place to take some time to relax and recharge from the hustle and bustle of life. Nestled in 16 acres of nature. A 1.5 hr drive from New York City, on the intersection of New York, NJ and Pennsylvania and a five minute drive to our charming small town of Port Jervis. Every detail of this home was put together with love in hopes that you make of it your haven.

Lakeside Studio on White Lake

This lovely studio rests on the shore of the beautiful Kauneonga Lake. The newly renovated interior creates a warm and relaxing space to take in the amazing sunset views over the lake. The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. Located on Restaurant Row and just a few minutes away from the Historic Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (Home of the original Woodstock). * In the summer months we have boat slips directly in front.

Modena Mad House

Our apartment is 6 miles from downtown New Paltz on a quiet and private setting only 1.5 hours from New York City, in the heart of Hudson Valley's Wine Country and apple/peach orchards. 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen living room and front porch. Fridge is stocked with eggs, bread, cheese, coffee, wine. We have a large HD screen TV and Roku, but no local cable. 7 miles from Mohonk Preserve and 10 miles from Gunks climbing area, and great Cross-country skiing. Self check-in

Need a place away from the hustle and bustle? Well you’ve found the place! This is a retired honey-bee farm. The guest space is a 1 -bedroom apartment with its own patio where you can enjoy sunset-views from your patio and even from your very own outdoor, covered hot tub! Curl up and read a book on the rocking chairs, hammocks or make s’mores at the communal firepit. You even have your own charcoal grill to use. Need a place to do office work? You can use my WiFi!All people welcome✌🏽

This roomy, modern and immaculate apartment is situated conveniently near town, but far enough away that you can enjoy the countryside. Enjoy the view of the pond and sounds of nature. A one bedroom that sleeps six with three queen beds in separate rooms divided by doors. (Please note the listing price is for 4 guests. Each additional guest is $25 per night). We are 6 min to Middletown, 18 min to Legoland, 21 min to Wallkill, 49 min to Warwick and just under one hour to Patterson, NY.
