Chequer Barn Apartment

An oak framed loft apartment is above a large garage which is accessed by stairs with a balcony for tree level seating. The space is not attached to our house and has separate access. The pitched roof gives the apartment a feeling of space and light, with underfloor heating to keep it cost in the winter months. The outside space is ideal if you want some fresh air. We are in a rural location with no amenities, although the nearest village is only two miles away. We have natural spring water too

Fully equipped kitchen, walk in shower, UK king sized bed, wifi, 40inch smart TV. Access is at street level. 2-minute walk to the bus and railway station, situated off the market square by the castle. No private parking, 20m past property on left to park to unload as street is narrow. Car parks are very close to the property. Safety considerations regarding babies/children

Wake to stunning views and take an early walk along the sand as waves lap on the sandy shore. Enjoy breakfast or brunch at one of the seafront cafés before browsing the unique shops. Walk cliff paths and footpaths, take in the sea views and breathe in sea salty air or, stroll along the pier and sit for a while as people pass by. At the end of the day, ride the historic cliff lift back toward the apartment to unwind in the deep roll top bath before falling asleep between cool linen sheets.

There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide.
