Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. A 5 minute walk to Thirroul Beach, Local Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels and the renowned Anita’s Theatre.

Sans Souci boasts a large backyard with a mountain backdrop for the kids to enjoy and a nice deck with a fire pit for creating memories & roasting marshmallows. The house has a dining room with full windows to enjoy the afternoon breeze and views. The house is family friendly and pet friendly. It is a 3 minute drive to the beach or a 15 minute stroll down the hill.
