Haven't done it myself but I long to do so. They fly all year round when the winds are right - looks like incredible fun and the views must be breath-taking. Obviously.

Entertainment & Shopping Complex, I used to believe that the Waterfront was just for tourists. It is touristy but great care has been taken to attract locals. I highly recommend a day here.

One of my favourite book shops in the world - I've spent so many long and blissful hours in those leather couches downstairs, drinking coffee, eating muffins... These guys 'n gals know their game.
