At a butcher’s counter inside you pick the cut of meat you’d like the kitchen to prepare. There’s a cigar lounge just to the right of the entrance—duck in after dinner to finish off with a chocolate dessert, a cigar, and a cognac. If you like fine wine, let the waiter recommend the bottle of the month.”
