 120 W. Main Street, Tuckerton Book a Ferry to the Beach by taking the Tuckerton Seaport and Beach Haven Ferry through the Great Bay! The Ferry runs Saturday, Sundays and Mondays from July 4 through Labor Day. Trips from Tuckerton will be at 8am, 11am 2:30pm and 5:30pm and trips from Beach Haven will be at 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4pm and 7pm. Reservations can be made online. The trip takes about 1 hour each way and includes an eco-tour while in transit. The Ferry service is free but you can reserve your seat in advance for a nonrefundable $10 reservation fee. The Tuckerton Seaport/Beach Haven Water Ferry is a 30 foot pontoon boat which unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible at this time. The boat does have a canopy and isinglass sides to protect guests from the elements. Safety always comes first. All guests 13 and under are required to wear life vests which will be provided in both adult and child sizes. Children must be over 2 years old to ride. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets of any kind are not permitted. The pontoon boat seats 28 passengers. Twenty of those seats are available for advanced reservation and the other eight will be first come, first seated. If you miss the boat for the return trip or in the case of inclement weather, your return will be your responsibility. We suggest an Uber to get back.

Tuckerton Seaport has a lighthouse you can tour and a historical seaport you can walk around. They also have educational ferry rides and ferry rides to Long Beach Island
