Great food in one of the oldest bars in Seattle in walking distance. Possibly our favorite brunch spot.
Crowned one of the oldest public houses in Seattle, Jules Maes Saloon is a legitimate historic spot to grab a drink and/or pub snacks any time of the day. Food quality is surprisingly good too. A must-do whenever you are in Georgetown.
If you are up for barhopping in the Georgetown neighborhood check out Jules Maes. It is an upscale dive bar in an historic location. They feature a small menu of great pub grub. Check out their back rooms for live music, pinball, ping pong and air hockey.
One of the oldest saloons in Georgetown, this is a great place for a drink and a meal. The food is delicious and sometimes decadent. It's a little dark and dingy, but loads of character.

“Smarty Pants is another favorite of mine for breakfast or lunch. They have a great menu (specializing in sandwiches) and also offer outdoor, patio seating when the weather is nice. The interior is decked out with a motorcycle theme, featuring vintage bikes above the entry. ”

“What more do you want in a cool Seattle (Georgetown) bar? Funky ambiance, dim lighting, awesome bartenders pouring larger than normal shots, an excellent selection of local brew on tap and everything else you could want in a bottle or mixed drink or wine etc. A menu with above notch bar food including a classic tavern single or, better yet, double burger with fries that rival Micky-D's. Did I say cool music and low prices and free parking and a wall of framed vintage ashtrays. Cool booths and super huge bar highlighted by 70s vibes chandelier lamps that remind you of sitting in a Naugahyde couch. Ah people, get ur butts over here! Not to be missed. ”
