This rail trail is currently 44 miles long winding through picturesque Lamoille county. We like to stop along the way at Lost Nation Brewery for a burger and beer.

LVRT is easily accessible from many locations for all outdoor activity, in all four seasons. Designed for community engagement, the 93-mile trail crosses practically all of northern Vermont, with food and drink stops in many small towns. You can rent bikes in Jeffersonville and Johnson.
