The 2018 Tuna season kicks off with great signs of fish and beautiful weather up and down the coast. Overnight trips are still catching Bluefin Tuna and Yellowtail in US waters and now a new area of 30# to 100# Bluefin has popped up down the Baja coast. The New Lo-An has trips scheduled to fish the lower Bluefin zone this week. The DAILY DOUBLE is running local 1/2 day trips at 8:30 am. Ticket price is $48 for adults, $40 for seniors or active duty military and $35 for juniors 15 and under. California fishing license and equipment rentals are extra.

"Daily Double" boat for "half-day" (see schedule, but ~8am-2pm) fishing. Can rent gear and have the deckhands help AND fillet your fish. Food for purchase.

Crab sandwiches to die for. :) Also huge fish market with daily fresh fish, sushi and lots of other delicious things. Its an order at the counter, grab a beer and take food outside and sit on the dock and look at all the boats or if you prefer they have a nice dining area up some stairs with a great view of the water and docks. Or buy the freshest fish, caught dailyand bring home to cook to your favorite recipe or just throw on the BBQ!
