All of the food trucks along Seaside are super popular, but my favorite would be the Meltdown for its various grilled cheeses.

Just. Do. It. So yummy! After you get your grilled cheese and cold beverage walk across the street and sit at the bar that backs up to the sand dunes and stare at the beautiful emerald green and aqua blue water. Your mouth and brain will thank you.

Grilled cheese truck from an airstream trailer! We love the Brie and bacon on cranberry walnut bread. If you're really craving something home-style, the meatloaf melt is bomb.com.
