Next to Meiji Shrine. Every weekend, there is a small festival(cultural, etc) and open-air market. You can drink and eat with live music sometimes. It's really relaxing.

Let me say Yoyogi Park is Japanese central park. There are some event on weekend. It's huge. Meiji shrine is inside of this park. 【Recommendation plan】 Ride a bus to Shibuya. Get off at YOYOGI HACHIMAN EKI IRIGUCHI Buy some bread and coffee Walk to Yoyogi park. And chill out!!
