This Marco Island Park is a center of community activity. Mackle park is now Dog friendly. The basketball courts are well maintained. The hiking paved path around the the 10 acre lake is paved and easy to walk on. The views often include visiting and native birds, reptiles and other wildlife. There is no boat ramp and no swimming is allowed. Mackle Park is now dog friendly, features a nice outdoor shuttle board area, a covered pavilion for basketball and concerts, custom bocci courts, and a water park for the children. There is a picnic area and some playground equipment. Mackle Park often features “Movies in the Park” and indoors, the workout room is used for various classes and workouts. Mackle Park also houses the offices for the City of Marco Island Department of Recreation.

beautiful 20-acre park with lake, paved walking circle, fenced dog park, children's playground and splash park, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and ping pong and pool inside an airconditioned facility.
