There are actually 4 Starbucks about equally distant from the casita. One is north of Old Town, north of the Hotel Albuquerque, almost all the way to the freeway. There's one at 330 Tijeras NW if you're walking in the downtown area. Another one: walk or drive east to Lomas and Broadway. And if you're visiting the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center (also listed here), there's one across 12th street from there. Walk or drive north on 12th past the freeway (no drive through).

My favorite coffee shop with internet, ambience, friendly staff and it's the only Starbucks owned by an Indian Reservation. No drive through, but you can always ordered online to pick up inside if you're in a hurry.
