This is a well cared for 44 acre park with 2 playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, fishing pond, soccer pitches and base/softball fields. Often on weekends you'll see fly fishing or yoga lessons. On Mother's Day and select other dates (deerfieldrec.org) there are festivals and fund raisers. In July, the sunflowers are in full bloom, making. family photos a joy. The field spans 6 acres and the blooms usually last for 3 weeks. If you're hosting an event the Snider House is available for rental.
