Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.

It’s close to unique restaurants, boutiques & shops; a safe neighborhood; easy access to SoFi LA Stadium & LA attractions. Avoid city crowds & enjoy the beach across the street & beautiful sunset ocean views. This 2nd floor unit is family friendly, but NOT childproof.

Follow the Marina to shoreline village, the Queen Mary, and Aquarium of the Pacific just to name a few.
